The Women of Earth Fund works in the image of how the Women of Earth, in the cultural context of Archiarchy, have already been flowing Nonmaterial Value towards each other. The currencies are Emotional Healing Processes, Listening Spaces, our Sword of Clarity at the neck of our Gremlins, Grief Fearful and Raging spaces, Standing for each other and for our resonant mission. We have given birth to more Creative Collaboration that we can now count.

It seems an appropriate time to take the next step in our empowerment of each other and flow financial resources among us. This is one more step to break the taboo of 'money' in a culture where money is far from central to our way of life. The Fund is equally a space for healing antiquated thoughtware about scarcity, whether it is financial or otherwise.

♾ The purpose of Flowing Funds is to empower a Woman at a very specific moment in time to 'get over the hump' of any financial necessity to become the thing that source Abundance through Creation. Sometimes, that 'hump' requires a mini-Flash Flood of Funds. I want those Funds to come from us instead of Patriarchal banks.

♾ The purpose of the Fund is to Flow money to you, Women of Earth, when you need it and for a specific need.

There are two categories of necessity that you can apply for at this time:

1. For a Nonmaterial Value Archan project.
2. To empower your Evolutionary Path by flowing money towards Trainings.

♾ The Flow Proposals are made directly to the Fund, and then we - the Fund Team - check the viability of the proposal. We check:

• Your Purpose: are you in Low Drama or High Drama about your proposal? We clearly look at any Victim/Rescuer dynamic between you and the Fund;
• Any Hidden Competing Commitments such as: take Revenge, hold Resentments, maintain Beliefs that women will betray you, etc;
• Your level of Accountability: can you make a promise and keep it?;
• Your level of Relatibility: your ability to communicate in moments of stress, emotionality and fear;
• Your Emotional stability: mostly in the demonstrating that you are going through EHPs that are showing up along your Path;
• Your Team building ability: can you ask for a Team and stay in contact with that Team for your own Evolution?;
  We check these and more over a period of time.

What is great about this is that the spaceholders: Anne-Chloé Destremau, Lisa Ommert, Vera Franco, Ana Norambuena have been with you for a while, so these things have been checked before you apply for the Flow Proposal, and how you are evolving in regards to them.

♾ A Flow Proposal is:

1. A clear ask for a sum of money to Flow towards you within a certain period of time.

2. A transparent Excel sheet where you write down the Flow received from each Woman.

3. A clear stand about how you plan to FlowBack the money to the Flow Givers.

♾ The Women of Earth Fund works similarly to KIVA micro-loan. Meaning the Fund is not a bank. The Fund does not hold money in a bank account where the money stays. The money Flows among us directly from the Flow-Giver to the Flow-Receiver.

♾ The Flow Proposals are send out publicly by the Fund Team, and not the Flow-Receiver.

♾ Where do we all come in? Right now, most of us will be Flow-Givers. When you are inspired by a Flow Proposal, or receive the message that a Proposal needs your Flow, that you send the Flow to the Woman in question, plus let us know in the Telegram 'Women of Earth' group so you can be celebrated.
